Hamburger please!

Good morning!
In continuing with my Maritime theme I have created an absolutely adorable mini Hamburger Box from the new Stampin' Up! Hamburger Box die.  Isn't it just adorable?  It's hard to get a good idea of the size on this little cutie from the picture but it measures approximately 4" x 3-1/4" x 1-1/4".  It's tiny but it's the perfect size for treats for that special someone! I'm thinking 4 bite sized mini cupcakes would be perfect inside!

Not quite sure what a "Hamburger Box" is?  It pretty much resembles a fast food container only this one is super cute (and can be decorated any way you wish!)  Here's a close up that kind of shows the finished size a little better:

Want to create one of these yourself?  The Hamburger Box, Maritime DSP and the Sea Street stamp set all become available on June 2nd!

Maritime

Good morning!
I am truly in love!  The sneak peek products that Stampin' Up! demonstrators can preorder are awesome! Today I decided to play around with the new Sea Street stamp set and the Maritime DSP.  The Maritime DSP consists of Real Red, Night of Navy, Whisper White and Coastal Cabana.  I love love love this color combination!  I couldn't resist using the tiny crab from the Sea Street stamp set.  It's just too stinkin' adorable!

The rope around the flotation device and the bow were both created from the new Coastal Cabana Thick Baker's Twine.  LOVE it!  The anchor stamp in the center of the shaker frame is from the By the Tide stamp set.  An oldie but a goodie!
Don't have your NEW 2014-2015 Stampin' Up! Annual Catalog yet?  Let me know!  I'm happy to send one out!
Thanks for stopping by and I hope you have a fantastic Sunday!

Sneak Peek!!!

Good evening!
Yesterday my preorder goodies arrived!  I could have had my new goodies by May 2nd but I had convinced myself that I didn't *need* anything from the preorder.  Well shoot.  That didn't last long!  I couldn't resist ordering the awesome new products.  I got a little bit of everything!  New In-Color card stock, DSP, Project Life, stamp sets, new embellishments, adhesive and much much more!  I wanted to play with everything last night after I got home from work but that just wasn't possible.  So tonight when I got home from work- the first thing I did was pull out some new products and make this card:

See that beautiful bow?  It was created using some of the brand new 3/8" Stitched Satin Ribbon.  You are going to LOVE this ribbon!  Not only do the bows look awesome but the ribbon ties really well!  So easy to work with!
Be sure to keep checking back!  I have a TON of new things to share with you!

Monday Montage 19

Hello there and welcome back for the bi-weekly Monday Montage blog hop.  You should have arrived here from the wonderful Cathy Casey's blog.  If not and I'm your first stop- no worries! Simply use the back/next buttons at the bottom of this post to navigate your way around the hop.

Gold, gold and more gold!  I'm a little late to the gold rush- but I'm here now!  It's such a wonderful color and it really adds that special touch to this card!

Everything about this card is gold!  Gold foil sheets, Gold Embossed Vellum, Gold Ink, Gold Washi Tape and Gold Baker's Twine.  The Forever and Always was stamped in gold ink and then embossed with clear embossing powder.  I wanted to keep that sparkle!

I'm really going to miss the Loving Thoughts stamp set as it's retiring this year.  It's probably one of my most used sentiment sets.  Hopefully there's a new sentiment set in the catalog that will replace it!

Thanks for stopping by!  Please continue on our hop!  Click the next button below to visit Elizabeth's beautiful creation!

CASE

Good morning!
One of the perks of being a Stampin' Up! Demo is the fabulous bi-monthly magazine called Stampin' Success.  This magazine not only gives the occasional sneak peek of upcoming products and promotions but it's also chock full of fabulous ideas and inspiration.
The Stampin' Success magazine is exactly where I found the card I created today.  I pretty much CASED it identically with the exception of a few things.  (My sentiment, size of the banner, and different embellishments.)  For those who don't know what CASE means- it means copy and share everything.  I loved the sample in the magazine and wanted to create a card just like it!  I didn't have everything in the picture on hand so I improvised with what I did have.

Do you like to CASE?  Or do you always come up with your own ideas?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great Thursday!

HI

Good morning!
Ok- I'm definitely not good at this but it's so much fun that I keep carving!  Have you tried the Undefined Stamp Carving Kit?  If not- you NEED to!  As I said in a post earlier last week- I can't draw very well.  Heck- I can barely write for that matter!  But creating my own stamps is just way too much fun!  I'm thinking I'd better re-order soon or I'll be out of material!
My card today features a flower from the Happy Watercolor stamp set and the HI sentiment was created using the Undefined kit.  Definitely not perfect by any means but fun none the less!

Ready to grab an Undefined Stamp Carving Kit of your own?  Visit MY STORE and order yours today!

You make me...

Happy!  Don't you just love the Happy Watercolor stamp set?  It's such a fun set to create with!  I swear I could make cards with it for hours!  I especially love the sentiment that comes with the set- You make me HAPPY!  So sweet!
My card today was created using the Happy Watercolor stamp set and a few of my other favorites!  Crumb Cake, Gold sequins, Gold ink, Vintage Designer Buttons dipped in Pool Party embossing powder and much more!
It's hard to see from the picture but the Dictionary stamp was inked with the Gold Encore ink pad and then stamped onto Very Vanilla.  The edges were sponged with Crumb Cake ink as was the doily.  This sweet card is perfect for that special someone!

Undefined!

Good morning!
Have you tried the Undefined stamp carving kit from Stampin' Up?  I must admit that I was more than a little nervous about creating with this kit.  First of all- I have absolutely no artistic talent when it comes to drawing (or carving stamps!) and I was worried I would make a mistake.  But I carefully drew my design and transferred it to the stamp material.  Then the carving began!  That was a little nerve wracking but slowly my stamp began to take shape!

What exactly is my stamp?  It's actually a stamp of the Third Man Records symbol.  For those of you who are wondering what Third Man Records is- it is the world's best record shoppe.  Seriously!  Located in Nashville, Tennessee- this fine establishment is owned by one of my favorite musicians.  Jack White.   A few weeks ago on Record Store Day, TMR held a concert in the blue room to create the World's Fastest Record.  Long story short- this card is a Thank You for all the hard work and tons of fun that was had on Record Store Day.

Hopefully TMR isn't offended with my art because I love this card!  I'm hoping they will too!  I suppose only time will tell!
Thanks for stopping by today!
